Claim: To Prevent Migraines, Drink More Water

I’m fortunate in that I don’t get migranes (or headaches in general, for that matter), but I know those who do can suffer terribly, so I thought I’d pass this along in case it’s of help to anyone. 

One word of caution: Drinking a lot of fluid *can* raise your blood pressure, so if you have high blood pressure, you may want to think through the cost/benefit possibilities.

Chicken Cabbage Soup w/Black Pepper & Fresh Chopped Basil

Chicken Cabbage Soup
Naturally low carb & REALLY good piping hot!

The recipe used to make the Middle Eastern cabbage rolls said to line the bottom of the pot w/the small and torn cabbage leaves to keep the rolls from sticking. So after simmering the rolls for an hour I had a pot of what was almost cabbage soup left over. I stirred in a few table spoons of chicken stock paste I had, garnished w/pepper & basil, and voila!
