Hillary Clinton is being treated as if she’s a political supergenius.
Y’know, you hear all those stories in the press about how she’s "cleverly repositioning" herself to fool voters into thinking that she’s not a shieking, hard-left harpy in anticipation of the 2008 elections, in which she will be a virtually unstoppable juggernaut because she’ll have pulled the wool over the American public’s eyes so completely that we won’t remember she was ever a hard-left harpy and won’t notice all the hard-lefties supporting her in 2008 giving each other all the "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" signs as she says things to further her non-hard-left harpy image.
What a supergenius politician!
Let’s take a look at her voting record in 2008.
Let’s take a look at her voting record in 2008.
Well, what I really want to know is where she was during the Vietnam war and what she was doing at the time.
Very well put, Jimmy.
A neither here nor there position (‘centrist’ or whatever, the middle-of-the-road strategy it’s called) won’t cut it for the God-believing conservatives.
Being neither hot nor cold; being salt’s that’s lost its well, saltiness…we’ve been warned about that already.
Do people actually believe that her ‘re-positioning’ would win over the conservatives? Actually, what Hillary’s doing is so very obvious that I think it’ll turn more people off on the right than it would be to win them over to her side.
But even if she causes scandal to just one “little one” of Christ’s, that’s bad enough. She’s receiving an honorary doctorate at Marymount Manhattan College according to Lifesite and who knows how rabidly she plans to talk about reproductive rights using the sort of “sensitive Hilary” propaganda speak she’s been using lately. Some college students might fall for her charm, her political celebrity status, etc. Who says our college kids are Hilary-proof?
BTW is Marymount still a Catholic institution. Just wondering if perhaps they’re not Catholic anymore.
