  2. It is very clever! Maybe less so if I explain it. See, it has a double meaning.

    Psalm 103:12 is a most excellent definition of justification.
    As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

    If you disagree, then maybe our views of justification are as close the east is from the west.
