Macaroni & cheese is one of my all-time favorite dishes, so for my recent birthday I made a mac & cheese casserole using tofu-shirataki macaroni. It was good!

That would make an awesome meatless Friday dish. It looks good, but with the Bac-O’s there…it looks GREAT! (Though if your point is to go meatless on Fridays, then the Bac-O’s would just be there to tempt you…)

There are two interesting documentaries you may be interested in renting or going online to investigate, one is ” Food Matters” and the other
is ” I’m Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead ” Both these are eye openers and very informative. I know Netflix has these.
