Jimmy was born in Texas, grew up nominally Protestant, but at age 20 experienced a profound conversion to Christ. Planning on becoming a Protestant seminary professor, he started an intensive study of the Bible. But the more he immersed himself in Scripture the more he found to support the Catholic faith, and in 1992 he entered the Catholic Church. His conversion story, "A Triumph and a Tragedy," is published in Surprised by Truth. Besides being an author, Jimmy is the Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers, a contributing editor to Catholic Answers Magazine, and a weekly guest on "Catholic Answers Live." Bacon up that casserole, boy!
Bacon, it’s what’s for dinner.
Bacon…the candy of meats.
Bacon…computer geeks’ ambrosia.
Teasing with Bacon is against the Geneva Convention, I’m pretty sure…
Oh, I know… It’s *AWESOME* since it has bacon. All other details are irrelevant
Bacon Lasagna?
OMG tell me it’s low carb lasagna with the pasta sheets replaced with strips of bacon!
Looks to me like mashed sweet potatoes with marshmallow and bacon on top, and maybe zucchini or another vegetable mixed in.
I see you have a toaster oven. We love ours. A microwave just will not do for some things. As to the dish above… Chad expressed my sentiments.
+JMJ+ I would say it’s bacon, but I could be wrong. And then maybe some bacon. Maybe a little bit of bacon in there too. Oh, was there anything else in there? I hadn’t noticed. 😉
+JMJ+ Oh, and I agree with J.M.J. West.
