Author: Jimmy Akin
Jimmy was born in Texas, grew up nominally Protestant, but at age 20 experienced a profound conversion to Christ. Planning on becoming a Protestant seminary professor, he started an intensive study of the Bible. But the more he immersed himself in Scripture the more he found to support the Catholic faith, and in 1992 he entered the Catholic Church. His conversion story, "A Triumph and a Tragedy," is published in Surprised by Truth. Besides being an author, Jimmy is the Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers, a contributing editor to Catholic Answers Magazine, and a weekly guest on "Catholic Answers Live." Jimmy, Don’t you get tired of this endless controversy?Protect “the faith”. Defend it to your last ‘dying day’.Would you not rather begin the “True dialogos”
Hear is one for ya. “The Father utters the Truth, the son is the truth that he utters, and the holy spirit is the Truth: O blessed trinity. Corinthians 2:1-16 My message and my preaching had none of the force of ‘wise’ argumentation, but the convincing power of the Spirit. As, a consequence, your faith rests not on the wisdom of men but on the power of God. raymondking08@gmail.com
