“The Passion of the Christ”, Mel Gibson’s Masterful Epic Chronicling the Last 12 Hours in the Life of Jesus Christ, Makes Its Highly Anticipated DVD and VHS Debut
Yee-HAH!
Now why isn’t The Return of the King out already?
Author: Jimmy Akin
Jimmy was born in Texas, grew up nominally Protestant, but at age 20 experienced a profound conversion to Christ. Planning on becoming a Protestant seminary professor, he started an intensive study of the Bible. But the more he immersed himself in Scripture the more he found to support the Catholic faith, and in 1992 he entered the Catholic Church. His conversion story, "A Triumph and a Tragedy," is published in Surprised by Truth. Besides being an author, Jimmy is the Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers, a contributing editor to Catholic Answers Magazine, and a weekly guest on "Catholic Answers Live."

May 25, and I can’t wait either. That’s pretty quick for a DVD release, though. OTOH, the Extended Version will be out in November, if I remember correctly – and it’ll be FIVE HOURS LONG.
If only Mel Gibson could do that too.
YES! Make sure to be patient and wait for the EXTENDED version of ROTK!
Uh… actually, I’m just gonna get both. =)
Oh my, I just noticed this sentence when I re-read the article: ‘Although Jesus briefly fears that God, his Father, has abandoned him, he regains his faith, proclaiming, “Into Thy hands I commend my spirit.” ‘
LOL
