The meats are ground beef, sausage, and turkey; the cheeses are ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan; and if you'll look close, you'll see that the noodles are sliced turkey breast, which is what makes this low carb!

But…then it wouldn’t taste like lasagna, would it?

Mentally is all that matters… like… Matrix

The Pachyderminator,
Actually, it is surprising how well turkey, ‘camouflaged’ as it were, can substitute for pasta.
Yet, I agree with you. ;-D

My hubby is on a low-carb diet now. He would love this. Where can I get the recipe, Jimmy?

Theresa: Until I come out with a low carb cookbook, just take your favorite lasagna recipe and substitute a slice or two of turkey breast for each noodle you’d use (as well as eliminating sugar, etc., from the recipe; use Stevia or Truvia or the like instead).
