oo these look good, I have made something similar with just a fried egg in the middle instead of what looks like scrambled egg and they were delish

this stuff is pretty good ! i really wanna try this i think the recipe is more powerful but i think the recipe commenter said about similer in a effects to achieve low carb diet.
