  1. One of my favorite low carb meals: slices of cucumber, top them with cream cheese (can sprinkle the cream cheese with a spice if you want) top the cream cheese with smoked salmon. Yum.

  2. Hi Jimmy
    Just interested if you can do a post one day about why you eat low carb? How many carbs a day is low? What the health benefits are? Good carbs v Bad carbs. Any down sides to low carb diet etc.
    Reason I ask is that I read conflicting messages about carbs
    – refined carbs bad, other carbs good
    – reduce carbs consumption throughout the day v eat all your carbs at the end of the day after vegetables and proteins
    – eat protein and carbs after excercise to aid muscle recovery etc.
